Recently, a high school classmate of mine posted on Facebook that she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Within 24 hours, her life changed drastically, and as a result, she had to completely change her lifestyle in order to accommodate her illness. The most amazing thing that I've been able to witness about my former classmate is how her positivity and bravery radiates with every Facebook post and conversation she has with the people she comes across.
