My name is Erica Ponder, and I am the mastermind behind Empowered Expressions! I am a Digital Media Producer based in Houston, Texas. I have written and/or digitally produced for outlets such as FOX 26, ABC13, CW 39, and Houston Style Magazine. I am a proud alumna of thee Prairie View A&M University, where I graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication and worked as a News Editor for the university’s newspaper publication. I graduated from Sam Houston State University where I received my M.A. in Digital Media Studies. I am extremely excited to have a web presence that focuses on my work in the digital media industry.
